1. I’ve searched for my assignor’s name, but I can’t find them. What should I do?
- Assignors may not always register their account under their personal name. Instead, their account could be listed under the name of the sports organization, league, or business they manage.
- Use the city and state filters to narrow down your search.
Still having trouble? Contact your assignor and ask them for their Refr Sports account name.
2. I see earnings from games I worked. How do I transfer these earnings to my bank account?
- Stripe automatically initiates payments every Wednesday for games worked the previous week.
- Once payments are initiated, funds will appear in your bank account within 2–4 business days.
Note: Manual paper-check transfers are not supported.
- The final step in onboarding is pairing with your assignor(s).
- Follow the steps in the Official - Pairing with an Assignor document. Once you see “Request Pending” next to your assignor’s profile, you’ve completed your part.
- Your assignor will need to accept your request on their end.
- You’ll receive a notification when a pairing request is approved.
4. Should I wait to create my account until I’ve completed my certifications?
- No, we recommend creating your account and requesting to pair with your assignor even if your certifications aren’t complete.
- You can add certifications to your profile at any time, and they’ll automatically become viewable to your assignor.
- Starting early makes the process smoother for both you and your assignor.
5. Why can’t I see available games in my group?
This is something your assignor controls.
- They may not allow self-assign.
- There may be no available games that match your qualifications or tags.
6. I forgot my password or lost access to my account. What should I do?
Use Refr Sports’ quick password reset process:- Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”
- Follow the instructions to receive a reset email and update your password.
7. I self-assigned a game but can no longer work it. What should I do?
- Self-assigned positions lock 24 hours after being picked up.
- If it’s been less than 24 hours, you can remove yourself from the game directly.
- If it’s been more than 24 hours, contact your assignor and follow their specific procedure for withdrawing from games.
