How to Add Funds to Your Refr Sports Account

At Refr Sports, we understand that managing finances for your sports organization requires trust, security, and transparency. Whether you’re a youth league board member, athletic director, or school treasurer, our platform is built to provide a secure and streamlined way to fund your organizations account, ensuring officials are paid on time while maintaining full control over your funds.

With secure transactions, clear reporting, and the ability to withdraw unused funds at any time, Refr Sports gives you the financial confidence you need to manage your games efficiently. Follow the steps below to add funds to your account.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Balance Tab

• Log into your Refr Sports account.
• Click your name in the top-right corner and select Balance.

Step 2: Click “Add Funds”

• On the Balance page, click the “Add Funds” button in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

You will be given two options to fund your account:

1. Bank Transfer Through Stripe (Recommended for Fast Processing)

• Enter the amount you’d like to transfer.
• Follow the secure Stripe payment process to complete your deposit.

2. Mail a Check

• Write a check payable to Refr Sports Inc.
• Mail the check to:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your check has been processed and funds are added to your account.

3. Wire Payment (Recommended for Large Transfers)

• Unused funds are always available—if at any time you need a refund, simply email [email protected] with your details, and we will process it promptly.
