How to Create a Sports Organization Account in Refr Sports

Welcome to Refr Sports!
We’re excited to have your sports organization join our platform. Built specifically for leagues, clubs, and sports organizations, Refr Sports provides a seamless way to manage officials, assign games, and handle payments all in one place.
With features like automated payments, real-time game scheduling, and an easy-to-use mobile app, we’re here to help streamline your operations so you can focus on running a successful sports program.

Step 1: Navigate to Our Sign-Up Page
Visit RefrSports.com and click Login in the top-right corner, then select Sign Up.
If you’re on mobile, download the Refr Sports app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and follow the steps to sign up.
Step 2: Select “Sports Organization Account”
On the account selection page, choose “Sports Organization” as your account type.

Step 3: Enter Your Organization’s Information
Fill in your organization’s details, including:
- Organization Name and Representatives Name
- Primary Contact Email and Number
- Location and Sport
- Password
Once complete, click Continue.
Step 4: Confirm Your Email
Check your email inbox for a confirmation message from Refr Sports. Click “Confirm Email” to verify your account.
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait 60 seconds, then request a new email.

Step 5: Log In
Congratulations! Your account is now created. Go to the login page and enter your email and password to access your organization’s dashboard.
Step 6: Accept Our Payment Terms
To activate payments for your organization, you must review and accept our payment terms.
- Access Your Profile:
- On web, click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
- Navigate to Payment Information:
- Within your profile page, select the Payment Information tab.
- Review and Sign the Terms & Conditions:
- Carefully read through the Refr Sports Payment Terms & Conditions.
- Once reviewed, sign to accept the terms.

Step 7: Pair with Your Assignor
To allow your assignor to begin assigning games for your organization, you’ll need to connect pair with them in our system.
1. Access the Assignors Section:
- On web: Click your name in the top-right corner and select Assignors.
- On mobile: Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner and select Assignors.
2. Find an Assignor:
- Click Find Assignors in the top-right corner.
- Search by name, state, or sport.
- If your Assignor doesn’t appear, try clicking Reset Filters and searching again.
3. Request to Pair:
- On web: Click Apply next to their name.
- On mobile: Tap their name, then select Request to Pair.
4. Wait for Approval:
- Your Assignor will receive a notification and can approve your request.
Step 8: Add Funds to Your Account
To cover game fees and ensure smooth payment processing, you’ll need to add funds to your account. Follow these steps to complete the process:
- Access Your Balance Tab:
- On web, click your name in the top-right corner and select Balance.
- Click “Add Funds”
- Locate the Add Funds button and select it to proceed.
- Follow the Provided Steps:
- Choose your preferred method:
- Mail a Check – Follow the instructions to send a check for deposit.
- Bank Transfer – Complete the steps to transfer funds directly from your bank account.
